TULK | Swift·Wise·Counsel is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analysis SME to provide expertise in geospatial analysis and instruction for GEOINT courses. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree related to the field and have over 10 years of experience, with significant capability to teach advanced concepts to seasoned analysts.
Responsibilities include delivering GEOINT tradecraft instruction, maintaining course materials, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. A DoD Basic Instructor Certification and Top Secret clearance are required. This role is pivotal for developing realistic learning scenarios and supporting various governmental projects.

Senior-level SMEs apply advanced tradecraft in complex or novel situations and support intermediate and advanced GEOINT Tradecraft learning events. A Senior-level Geospatial Analysis SME shall be able to demonstrate their extensive understanding of advanced concepts and skill by applying them in complex or novel situations. They shall be able to apply deep tradecraft-specific skills in scenario-based learning events, and exams. Bringing analysts of different GEOINT tradecrafts together in these learning events/exams will require the Senior SME to understand how other GEOINT tradecrafts and multiple intelligence sources may be applied to address problems for today's policymakers, warfighters, and other federal agencies. A Senior-Level Geospatial Analysis SME is primarily focused on providing support to Intermediate (3000) and Advanced (4000) GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Level courses, but is also capable of supporting Fundamental (2000) GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Level courses within the Geospatial Analysis content area.
