• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth for Georgian-speaking patients.
• Diagnose mental, emotional and behavioral disorders using DSM-5 criteria.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring efficacy and side effects.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, therapists and social workers for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential EHRs in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options and self-management.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and coordinate with emergency services.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards; participate in CME.
