Job summary

AuraOne seeks a Georgian Language Expert to remotely evaluate prompts and responses using AuraOne’s quality rubric. You will compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback to retrain models.

In addition to rating and tagging, you will help calibrate evaluations, identify ambiguities, and maintain consistent reviewer performance for ongoing data labeling tasks. Remote work, US-eligible, contractor role.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on Georgian language evaluation or related content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and rubric clause applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Georgian language evaluation outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route to program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer quality by calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly.
