The Georgia-Pacific Wood and Fiber Supply (W&FS) team in Dudley, North Carolina is seeking Procurement Forestry Interns to support our wood basin operations during Summer 2027 (May-August). Through this opportunity, you will understand the business of wood procurement for a vertically integrated company. The internship opportunity will be a 12‑week program running from late May to mid‑August 2027.
The W&FS organization ensures that the company's 35+ mills maintain a constant flow of logs, wood fiber and chips to sustain its tissue, packaging, paper and building products manufacturing operations. W&FS operates in some 15 U.S. states and sources its wood from private lands owned by industrial, institutional, or individual landowners.
This is a project‑based internship where the project is based on a real business need determined closer to the start of the internship.
