Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering preferred; alternative engineering degrees with relevant experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 10 years of motor experience required
  • Experience with various motor designs, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques is highly desired
  • Active leadership in relevant Professional Organizations and Technical Committees is preferred
  • PE License and/or an advanced degree related to motor design and application is highly desired
