The ideal candidate will have a passion for mathematics and a commitment to helping students develop their geometric reasoning, analytical skills, and confidence in math. The Geometry Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing curriculum, and assessing student performance.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.

• Teach geometry concepts including points, lines, planes, angles, triangles, similarity, congruence, theorems, and trigonometry in a clear and concise manner.

• Develop assessments and monitor student performance through various methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.

• Strong knowledge of geometric concepts and the ability to convey complex ideas in an understandable way.
