Job summary

WSP USA seeks an experienced Geologist/Hydrogeologist for Redmond, WA, Seattle, WA, or Portland, OR offices. You will contribute to Environment, Remediation, and Water projects and develop geologic concepts to meet client objectives.

You will interpret subsurface data, build models with Leapfrog, and support investigations, reporting, and presentations. Travel may be required; strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrology, or Engineering.
• 1+ year of experience developing geologic models and site models using Leapfrog Geo or Leapfrog Works.
• 1 year of experience; preferably in a consulting practice.
• Strong knowledge of physical geology and hydrogeology.
• Proficiency with soil and rock logging procedures.
• Experience with groundwater sampling, monitoring wells, and hydraulic conductivity testing.
• Fluency in English and strong written/verbal communication.
• MS Word/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interpret subsurface conditions and build conceptual geologic models.
• Analyze geologic and hydrogeologic data; prepare reports.
• Provide technical support for hydrogeologic investigations and modeling.
• Develop client relationships through high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Assist in business development: client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Act as an internal technical resource; ensure quality across projects.
• Collaborate with WSP Site Investigation and Remediation teams and global colleagues.
