Qualifications

• 3+ years of GEOINT, imagery analysis, and targeting.
• Experience with GEOINT tools such as Remote View, GXP, or ArcGIS.
• Knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft, the Joint Targeting Cycle, and military planning processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct target development following JP and CJCSI standards.
• Perform Target System Analysis (TSA) to identify vulnerabilities and centers of gravity.
• Build and maintain Electronic Target Folders (ETFs) and GEOINT targeting products.
• Manage target lists and coordinate nominations with IC and DoW partners.
• Provide time-sensitive GEOINT exploitation and I&W for dynamic operations.
• Integrate targeting into planning processes (JPP, MDMP).
• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend GEOINT collection strategies.
• Support GEOINT with targeting workflows and coordinate with collection managers.
• Prepare and brief GEOINT assessments, graphics, and reports for senior leaders.
