Job summary

SAIC is seeking a GEOINT Software Systems Engineer to support Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on guiding the development, integration, and delivery of modern GEOINT mission capabilities in collaboration with government stakeholders and contractors.

The position involves defining architectures, CONOPS, and interfaces, with emphasis on transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-native implementations and managing acquisition milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; nine+ years of experience preferred or substituted by higher degrees.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 3+ years of IC GEOINT systems or capability development experience.
• Strong understanding of overhead collection and GEOINT mission systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GEOINT software development, integration, and delivery per requirements and architecture.
• Maintain cognizance of mission management efforts, baselines, schedules, and risks.
• Track mission control, planning, and scheduling capabilities across the Ground Enterprise.
• Capture customer needs and translate into refined requirements, architectures, and CONOPS.
• Coordinate discussions with SMEs to define future space and ground capability needs.
