Job summary

RSC2, Inc. is seeking an intermediate GEOINT (35G) Instructor for Fort Huachuca, AZ. The role delivers classroom instruction, practical exercises, and field training in imagery analysis, geospatial data interpretation, and the use of GEOINT software and tools.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI or Interim TS clearance.
• 4 years MOS operational experience as a 35G/350G or equivalent in GEOINT operations within last ten years.
• Experience with automation tools and systems for GEOINT operations.
• Instruction and course development support for FMV exploitation, imagery-derived products, and national imagery exploitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction, practical exercises, and field training on imagery analysis, geospatial data interpretation, and GEOINT tools.
• Evaluate trainee performance with tests, exercises, and feedback; identify areas for improvement.
• Create realistic training scenarios using advanced simulation software and tools.
• Maintain records of training activities and trainee progress; prepare reports for program enhancements.
• Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and military personnel to ensure cohesive training programs.
• Ensure training activities comply with military regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
