Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a GIS Data Analyst in Ohio (onsite) to support geospatial intelligence production at NASIC. The role requires hands-on GIS analysis using ArcGIS and related tools, with a focus on GEOINT data and non-literal datasets.

You will work on developing and deploying geospatial web applications, dashboards, and Survey123 forms, leveraging Python for scripting and automation. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Substantial familiarity with ArcGIS software
Experience designing, developing, and deploying dynamic geospatial web applications and tools
Strong skills in analytical methods, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong technical writing and briefing skills
Proficiency developing custom solutions using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Enterprise, with focus on: ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, Survey123
Ability to code/script, especially in Python
Experience with data science and visualization tools
Background in GEOINT, including non-literal data and remote sensing datasets
Experience with the Intelligence Community
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a relevant field

Responsibilities

Use advanced data science methods to analyze GEOINT data within a GIS framework to support intelligence production
Assist with developing approaches to address key intelligence questions
