Job summary

XTS, a veteran-owned company, seeks a Geospatial Analysis Instructor to support the NGA College GEOINT Tradecraft Learning program. You will deliver instructor-led training to develop the next generation of GEOINT analysts and ensure course materials stay relevant to today’s evolving mission.

You will lead classroom or virtual sessions, collaborate with instructional staff, and help maintain curriculum tied to NGA priorities. This role directly shapes operational capabilities and readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Geospatial Analysis, GIS, or related GEOINT tradecraft.
• Proficient in ArcGIS Pro for spatial analysis and data workflows.
• Familiar with NGA/NSG mission systems.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance active.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led training in classrooms or virtual settings.
• Lead curriculum development and update training materials to reflect NGA mission needs.
• Facilitate critical thinking, connect concepts to real-world mission applications.
• Assist in maintaining and improving GEOINT curriculum and resources.
• Travel to multiple locations to support delivery of training (up to 30%).
