Description

A family in Mill Valley is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their infant (currently 6 months) and toddler (3 years old). Care is primarily for their baby, but care for their toddler will be needed when she is home from school such as during holidays/breaks and in the summer. They would love to find someone who will encourage the children's independence, and plan fun art and baking projects. Responsibilities include planning age appropriate activities, driving to/from school and activities, child laundry, preparing kids' meals, and light tidying. The best person for them is easygoing, resonates with gentle parenting and/or the Montessori philosophy, and is experienced caring for an infant and toddler simultaneously.

Candidates should be willing and flexible to travel as the family spends a week here and there in NY and Tahoe, as well as a month in Europe. A personal vehicle for work-related driving is also required (family will reimburse for mileage).

Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
