Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Genetics or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience in genomic variant analysis, HGVS nomenclature, IGV review, and complex data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of clinical samples and NGS data.
• Analyze clinical genomics data, variant identity using HGVS, and order confirmations.
• Track cases and monitor turnaround times.
