This position requires commuting to Burlington 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a research laboratory and standard lab equipment required.
• Experience with automation preferred.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues in collaboration with all levels of staff.
• Working knowledge of computers, databases, and Windows/Mac environment required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual molecular biology bench processes and uses automated laboratory equipment.
• Compiles, analyzes, and records throughput and experimental results.
• Evaluates real-time data and adjusts processes independently.
• Monitors supply chain needs and tracks inventory levels.
• Tracks all QC measurements and identifies data trends.
