Responsibilities

• Genomic & Omic Model Development: design, train, and evaluate deep learning models on whole-genome sequences and multi-omic data.
• Genomic Language Models: develop foundation models for DNA/RNA sequences capturing long-range dependencies.
• Genomic Selection & Editing Enablement: build predictive models linking genotype to phenotype across environments.
• Functional Data Integration: integrate diverse data types into unified predictive frameworks.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: work with biologists, breeders, and computational scientists to ground models in biology.
• Scalable Deployment: operationalize models within genomic selection pipelines and decision-support platforms.
• Documentation & Communication: communicate results clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
