• Provide strategic Clinical Science leadership across the GU oncology portfolio, spanning multiple studies and assets.
• Lead standardization of Clinical Science approaches and promote data review and AI-enabled workflows.
• Mentor and develop Clinical Scientists; collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
