Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred and PA program graduate.
• Licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in Ohio with NCCPA certification.
• Must have supervision agreement filed and prescriptive authority (or be eligible).
• Credentialing as active medical staff with appropriate privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic conditions under physician supervision.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate labs and tests; develop treatment plans with patient and family.
• Prescribe and monitor medications within scope; perform or assist procedures.
• Coordinate with primary care and other specialists; ensure discharge instructions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation; participate in education and quality reviews.
