Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Genetic Counselor to provide counseling and education to patients and families with cancer histories. The role includes identifying testing options, coordinating referrals, and developing comprehensive counseling plans.

Strong communication and patient-centered care are essential. The candidate should have a Masters in Genetic Counseling with CGC certification within 12 months, and at least 1 year of pediatric or general genetic counseling experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling is required.
• CGC certification from ABMG or ABGC must be obtained within 12 months of employment.
• One year of experience in pediatric or general genetic counseling is required; rotations/internships count.
