Cardinal Health is seeking an Applications Development & Maintenance professional to help design, implement, and sustain enterprise software solutions. You will work in a cross-functional team to deliver IT services and maintain critical systems used across the business.

The role focuses on implementing integration points with CRM platforms, documenting configurations, and troubleshooting issues within the Genesys Cloud CX environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in related IT role.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work exp.
• Hands-on development with Genesys Cloud CX.
• Experience integrating CRM systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM).
• Ability to document system configuration (call flows, integrations, data actions).
• Troubleshooting Genesys Cloud and identity issues with linked apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical teams.

What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Hands on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform, preferred
• Integration experience with various CRM systems (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM), preferred
