Job summary

Genesis seeks a Staff Robot Learning Scientist/Engineer to join our global robotics team. You will develop and optimize a learning-based robotic manipulation control stack, design teleoperation systems, and train policies with reinforcement and imitation learning.

Responsibilities include deploying policies, diagnosing latency, and reducing sim-to-real gaps while collaborating with a driven team building general-purpose Physical AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying real-world learning-based robotic systems.
• Production-level expertise in Python or C++.
• Strong ownership and initiative with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Experience with teleoperation systems and robotic control stacks.
