Job summary

Garland Independent School District is seeking a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a Master’s degree or willingness to obtain one. The candidate must hold a Texas Teaching Certification with Bilingual endorsement and SPED EC-12 certification or plan to complete it after hire.

CALT/LDT/SLDS training is preferred or must be completed within two years. The position is full-time and based in Garland ISD, with pay grade determined by the district Salary Schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree in education or related field or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certification with required Bilingual endorsement is required.
• SPED EC-12 Certification or expectation to complete upon hiring.
• CALT, LDT, or SLDS training preferred or must complete two-year training and pass national exam.
