W.Williams is seeking a Generator Service Technician in Michigan to troubleshoot, repair, and diagnose maintenance and emergency services for standby power generators. You will collaborate with other technicians to ensure safe, customer-satisfactory work completion and keep up-to-date on product changes.
Responsibilities include on-site service, diagnostics, and understanding fuel, cooling, and electrical subsystems. Prior experience with 8.5kW–3500kW generators and EGSA certification preferred.
The Generator Service Technician is responsible for accurately troubleshooting, repairing, and diagnosing both routine maintenance and emergency services while making repair recommendations to customers. This position will work with other generator service technicians to ensure all work scheduled is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction. The salary range is determined by experience and skills.
