You will mentor technicians, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help ensure timely project completion while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical systems training preferred.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in standby power generation and clean energy.
• Strong knowledge of standby power generation and battery storage technologies.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generator Electricians and Installers for high‑quality standby system installs.
• Travel to installation sites and provide battery storage quotes.
• Schedule technician field labor and coordinate projects.
• Manage materials procurement and warehousing logistics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure code compliance and timely completion.
• Mentor and develop direct reports; conduct regular performance evaluations.
