Job summary

Coframe is seeking a Generative Design Associate in San Francisco to help shape web experiences created by our agents for major clients. This hands-on, early-career role focuses on crafting visual direction through AI prompting, refining AI-generated concepts into production-ready interfaces, and ensuring consistency across devices with a strong emphasis on brand alignment.

Qualifications

Early-career designer with exceptional visual judgment and attention to detail.
Interest in how AI is changing interfaces and how to ship high-quality customer experiences.
Experience with design systems, components, and responsive web design is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design through prompting with AI systems to guide visual direction, layout, motion, and tone.
Refine AI-generated interfaces into polished web experiences with precise typography and spacing.
Maintain a high customer quality bar across devices, breakpoints, and states.
Translate brand guidelines and design systems into native web experiences for different brands.
Build reusable design patterns, components, tokens, and patterns for team use.
Collaborate closely with Agent Strategists and engineers in SF to iterate from idea to live product.
