SupportFinity™ is looking for applied scientists to enhance Figma products through AI technologies. This full-time role offers remote work options or can be based in our New York office. The ideal candidate will drive research in AI and collaborate with engineers to develop cutting-edge AI models.

Our compensation ranges from $149,000 to $350,000 annually, with additional benefits including healthcare, retirement contributions, and professional development stipends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Generative AI, and 6+ years in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Strong software engineering skills with 5+ years in programming languages.
• Experience training LLMs with Reinforcement Learning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive research in AI and build AI/ML models for Figma's products.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure engineers to enhance features.
• Develop evaluation systems for measuring AI feature quality.
