Job Description:The Generative AI Safety & Compliance Officer oversees the ethical, regulatory, and technical governance of LLMs and generative model deployments across enterprise products. You will build guardrails against hallucination, prompt injection, and bias, while ensuring data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) compliance in training and fine-tuning pipelines. Working alongside AI researchers, legal teams, and product managers, you will conduct red-teaming exercises, create model risk assessment frameworks, and audit synthetic data generation.
