Job summary

Referment is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of generative AI products and services. You will drive sprint planning, manage delivery throughput, and coordinate cross-site teams across time zones.

You will partner with the India-based team, maintain strong stakeholder reporting, and promote effective PM practices with minimal ramp-up. A bachelor’s degree or higher and five to twelve years of program management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5–12 years PM experience.
• Proven track record of execution and delivery.
• Excellent written communication for mixed audiences.
• Ability to implement PM practices with minimal ramp-up.
• Comfort coordinating across sites/time zones.
