Adidev Technologies Inc. is seeking a Jr-Mid Machine Learning Engineer to deploy advanced ML models with a focus on Generative AI, driving AI-powered features for client projects. You will design and refine models, participate in end-to-end data workflows, and work closely with product teams to deliver impact.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices, in a dynamic IT consulting environment across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience with ML, DL, NLP, CV, RL, or similar AI domains.
• Hands-on with Generative AI models (GANs/Transformers) in industry contexts.
• Practical SQL/NoSQL databases, data viz tools, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Architect and refine ML models and algorithms; translate data into actionable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end data modeling: requirements, deployment, and monitoring.
• Perform preprocessing, feature engineering, and leverage Generative AI for novel solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to embed Generative AI into offerings and products.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Optimize data pipelines to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform decisions and strategy.
• Stay current with ML trends and MLOps, including interpretability frameworks.
• Ensure AI implementations meet ethical guidelines and privacy standards.
