Metas Solutions in the United States (Atlanta) is seeking a mid-level AI Engineer to build and scale generative AI web applications. You will work with senior engineers and DevSecOps to deliver secure, maintainable production systems, focusing on retrieval-based assistants, chatbots, and agent workflows.

You will implement Python back-end services, leverage Azure OpenAI and Foundry, and apply RAG techniques with robust testing, logging, and monitoring to ensure high quality and cost efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years building production software apps.
• 1+ year hands-on generative AI development (RAG or chatbots).
• Proficient Python backend with async APIs (FastAPI).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and databases.
• Ability to design and review agent workflows with tool calls and structured outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and support production generative AI apps and web solutions.
• Develop Python back-end services and AI integrations with Azure services.
• Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, search, and citations.
• Create agent workflows with tool calls, structured outputs, and context management.
• Integrate AI apps with APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Test, monitor, and optimize latency, accuracy, and cost.
• Conduct code reviews and document technical decisions.
