Job summary

Hire IT People, Inc. is seeking a skilled ML Engineer in Irving, TX to develop and deploy machine learning models using Python.

You will build Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based applications, create AI agents with LangChain and Google ADK, and implement OCR/data extraction for document processing. You will also design ETL pipelines for PostgreSQL storage, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior members while deploying models to AWS, GCP, or Azure in production

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python for ML model development.
Experience with Generative AI / LLM and Agentic AI.
Familiarity with RAG and LangChain.
Experience with Google ADK.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
Document AI / OCR for data extraction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ML models using Python.
Build Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based apps.
Develop AI agents with LangChain and Google ADK.
Implement document processing including OCR and data extraction.
Build ETL pipelines to process and store data in PostgreSQL.
Deploy AI/ML models to production and integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI solutions and mentor juniors.
