Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, AI and Robotics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Entry-level client service associate position seeking final-year students or recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing AI-powered contact center solutions for client interactions.
• Using Azure AI Services and Google Vertex AI to deploy and manage AI models.
• Applying data science techniques to analyze complex datasets.
• Collaborating to integrate ML and NLP into client projects.
• Engaging in prompt engineering to optimize language model outputs.
• Leveraging Python to build AI-driven applications.
• Conducting model evaluation to ensure safety and compliance.
• Supporting client engagements with generative AI expertise.
