Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Technology Generative AI Architect to lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI solutions in a cloud-native environment.

The candidate will drive client workshops, establish governance standards, and mentor engineering teams while coordinating with presales and delivery groups.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Deep knowledge of MLMLOps, cloud-native architectures and governance.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and solution workshops delivery.
• Strong leadership in presales and technical mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design scalable MLMLOps platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Lead cloud architecture for AI workloads and enterprise apps.
• Define AI governance, security and compliance standards.
• Drive client discussions, solution workshops and architecture reviews.
• Recommend LLMs, frameworks, embeddings, and vector stores.
• Lead delivery from design through production rollout.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
