What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain industrial equipment and machinery.
• Learn how to manufacture a wide variety of innovative fiber cement products.
• Communicate safety, quality, and mechanical information to designated leads.
• Assist with machine cleaning, wash‑ups, housekeeping, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform product adherence checks to maintain quality standards.

What You’ll Need

• Ideally a minimum of 1 year’s experience in manufacturing or operating large machinery.
• Demonstrated success in a manufacturing or business support environment.
• Understanding of safety policies to support a Zero Harm culture.
• A solid work history of learning, growth, and achievements.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit continuously.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, climb ladders, and use stairs.
