Job summary

KA Recruiting Inc. is assisting a community hospital near Deming, NM to fill a Permanent Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician role. This is a full-time laboratory opportunity with high-complexity testing, generalist responsibilities, and a strong benefits package.

Compensation includes $15,000 recruitment incentive and up to $5,000 relocation assistance. Eligible candidates hold MT or MLT degrees and ASCP or AMT certification, with flexibility to support multiple laboratory areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree for Medical Technologist.
• Associate’s degree in laboratory science/Medical Laboratory Technology or qualifying military laboratory training for MLT.
• ASCP or AMT certification.
• Ability to work across multiple areas of the clinical laboratory.
• Willingness to assist with phlebotomy as needed.
