ManpowerGroup is seeking General Warehouse Workers for a fast-paced distribution environment in Maquoketa, IA. This temp labor role supports conveyor operations, product handling, packing, and housekeeping while upholding safety and accuracy.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The position offers day and night shifts, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of walking, standing, lifting and climbing.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of the product on the conveyor system, addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure work areas are stocked for the next shift to minimize downtime.
• Pick products to be placed in totes for shipping with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; perform housekeeping duties.
• Remove damaged merchandise and break down master cases per company procedures.
• Break down master cases in FDS pack and load cardboard within required time frames.
• Flip cases so the barcode is visible before scanning.
• Follow safety procedures to maximize personal and team safety in line with OSHA standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
