Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate with backup driving in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time role pays $20–$22/hour and includes occasional driving duties in addition to material handling tasks.

You will pick, pack, stage orders, load/unload trucks, manage inventory, and use RF scanners. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are required, with CDL not always needed. Seasonal shifts and overtime may apply.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for will call, delivery, and shipping.
• Load and unload trucks; receive inbound shipments.
• Manage inventory, returns, and periodic stock reviews at customer facilities.
• Enter product data accurately into our system (RF scanners used where applicable).
• Assist with outbound shipments (UPS, FedEx, freight, and local deliveries).
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safely stocked.
• Deliver and pick up product to/from branches, customers, and suppliers as needed.
• Safely load, unload, and secure cargo.
• Complete required paperwork (receiver copies, pack lists, purchase orders, etc.).
• Use RF scanners to confirm loading/delivery status.
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment procedures.

Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an organized, driven person to join our warehouse team with occasional backup delivery driving. You'll handle material handling, order pulling, and stocking, plus step in to deliver and pick up product when needed. Fastener experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Minimum Requirements: 21+ years old, valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record (CDL not required for this role unless otherwise noted).

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for a full shift, and comfortably get in/out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and adaptable to occasional shift changes based on seasonal customer needs

Shift: M-F, 6AM- 3PM. Requirements may vary seasonally to accommodate customer needs. Overtime is sometimes required and authorized by your supervisor.
