Position Overview:

The Picker/Packer’s primary responsibility is to perform production tasks such as picking materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this role is measured by maintaining or exceeding the standard orders per hour (OPH) set by the client and surpassing efficiency goals to meet client needs and demands.

Responsibilities:

1. Pick the order from the designated slot.
2. Place merchandise into boxes.
3. Send packed items to the shipping line.
4. Replenish products for the PTL machine for the next shift.
5. Organize, tidy up, and clean the work area and equipment.
6. Report errors or issues to team leaders.
7. Follow best practices and training guides.
8. Cross-train in other departmental areas.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
10. Manually remove dunnage from inbound loads.
11. Document loads with pictures using a company-issued tablet.
12. Restack pallets manually as needed for shifted loads.
13. Inspect pallet quality.
14. Wrap pallets with stretch film as needed.
15. Record pallet movements in an Excel spreadsheet.
16. Maintain a clean work environment.

Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Work Schedule: Weekend 2nd Shift, Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
