Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a light industrial worker to join a flexible, cross-trained production support team in Newton, NC. The role offers variety across assembly, manufacturing and distribution, with a stable pay structure and opportunities to learn new skills on short-term mandates.

Responsibilities include light assembly, quality checks, packaging and labeling, inventory staging, and adapting to different procedures across mandates.

• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
