Job summary

Randstad USA in Byhalia, MS is seeking a general labor associate to support warehouse operations. You will load materials into basic equipment, sort and count stock, assist with organization and cleanup, and perform basic quality checks under supervision.

The role requires adherence to dress code, safety guidelines, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. The position offers a flexible schedule with on-site work and a comprehensive benefits package when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Tending: safely load raw materials or components into simple production or assembly machines and remove finished parts.
• Sorting and counting: accurately sort materials, count stock, and prepare inventory for staging or shipment.
• General labor: assist with general warehouse labor tasks, including cleanup, organizing stock, and basic equipment movement.
• Quality checks: perform simple visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet basic standards.
• Follow direction: take direction effectively from on-site supervisors to complete tasks assigned for the duration of the mandate.

dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
