Job summary

CVS Health in Tolleson, AZ is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate. You will perform general warehouse duties including inventory control, order picking, stocking, forklift operation, receiving and loadings.

Cross-training across multiple areas and positions is provided to support OTCHS or front store as needed. Requirements include being at least 18, ability to read and count, strong math basics, clear communication, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Capability to frequently lift 20–45 pounds, and occasionally 45–75 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Perform a variety of general warehouse and housekeeping duties.
• Manage inventory control, split case order picking, stocking, forklift equipment, receiving, and loading.
• Colleagues will be trained for one main position but will be crossed-trained to work in multiple areas.
• Colleagues will be trained in 3 or more positions, and may be assigned to work with product for OTCHS or front store.

Compensation and Availability

Starting rate $19.00/hr 1st shift : $19.00 Days: Monday-Thursday Hours : 5:00am-:1:00pm

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
