Dollar Tree Distribution INC in Marengo, Ohio is hiring a General Warehouse Associate. This full-time role involves multiple shifts in Receiving, Shipping and Order Selection, with base pay described per shift and a potential to reach $22.00/hr.

You will unload, palletize, load, and pick orders using voice-pick technology, ensuring safety and efficiency in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No certifications required; strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and move 500+ boxes per hour.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise while keeping the warehouse clean and safe.
• Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers while staying clean and safe.
• Use a voice-pick headset to select boxes and move them to the conveyor belt while maintaining safety.

General Warehouse Associate

Location: 300 Cardinal Drive, Marengo, Ohio 43334

Job Type: Full-Time

MAKE UP TO $22.00/HR

Shift Availability

• Shift 1-Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:00 pm. ($20.50 hr. base pay)
• Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift Premium totaling $21.50/hr.)
• Shift 3- Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $22.00/hr.)
• Shift 4- Saturday and Sunday 6am-6:30pm + Two 8-hour Shifts during the week. ($20.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift Premium totaling $22.00/hr.)
• *Shifts and Positions are subject to availability and business needs*

What You’ll Do

Receiving Department:

• Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Meet production goals

Shipping Department:

• Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Meet production goals.

Order Selection Department:

• Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes
• Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe
• Meet production goals.
