NexaMotion Group is seeking a General Warehouse Team Member in Haltom City, TX. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, stocking inventory, and preparing products for shipment.

You will operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and other material-handling equipment, while ensuring accurate packaging and labeling. Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving duties, and adherence to safety protocols.

General Warehouse Team Member – responsible for loading/unloading trucks, moving materials, and preparing products for shipment at NexaMotion Group.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The role includes operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, and other material‑handling equipment. You'll handle stocking, inventory maintenance, order fulfillment, and ensure accurate packaging and labeling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Separate, label, and verify the count of incoming freight deliveries.
• Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Locate and pull stock for outgoing deliveries.
• Package finished product for shipping (shrink‑wrapping, boxing, and labeling).
• Use the computer system to locate products and incoming deliveries.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Some overtime work may be scheduled and required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer skills – must be able to check email and complete online training courses.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers to satisfy customer requirements.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills for accurate job task completion.
• Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Experience using an MRP such as AS400 is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, use hands and fingers, grasp, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate may lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders to access shelves.
