Qualifications

• Basic sanitation procedures must be understood.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils by cleaning and sanitizing.
• Keep dishwashing station and three compartment sink clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and working; report issues to management.
