Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is accepting applications for a full-time General Utility Worker/Groundskeeper for grounds maintenance and general repair duties.

Responsibilities include:

1. Routine care and maintenance of lawns, shrubs, trees, and flowerbeds, including the application of fertilizers and pesticides.
2. Planting and removal of trees and shrubs.
3. Assisting with underground repairs to service lines and general equipment maintenance.
4. Removing snow, ice, leaves, limbs, and debris from grounds.
5. Performing plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patching tasks as needed.
6. Reporting to work during adverse weather or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and tractors.
• Education and/or experience in manual tasks related to the job, equivalent to one year of experience.
