Job summary

Aramark in Temple, TX is seeking a General Utility Worker I to support a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house Food & Beverage tasks, helping maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining area. • Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to; assist chefs with checking in food deliveries to ensure high standards.
• Ensure food storage aligns with food hygiene regulations and that stock rotation is followed.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Accurate storage of food items and equipment after service.

Job Description

The General Utility Worker I serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. F&B General Utility Worker II is required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment and required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record food and equipment temperature

• To ensure that all food storage align with food hygiene regulations and that stock rotation system is being followed.

• Accurate storage of food items and equipment after service.
