Ability to perform minor equipment adjustments and ensure quality checks are performed before, during, and upon completion.
May stack boxes, clean areas of the facility, or perform other general helper duties.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry is a plus.
Tests and Interview
Those selected to go through the PCA hiring process will be asked to take a series of five (5) written tests and take part in a structured board interview.
The five (5) written tests are all timed and involve:
