Qualifications

Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology.
Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain).
Current DEA license and Maryland CDS license.
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider).
Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation.
Eligible for participation with all payers.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of urologic conditions.
Medical and surgical management of common and complex urologic disorders.
Perform office-based and inpatient/outpatient urologic procedures and surgeries.
Collaborate with primary care, hospitalists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Support growth and development of urology services within Frederick Health.
