Job summary

Folio Clinical Research is recruiting a urologist for a long-established, physician-led urology group in Los Angeles. This high-volume outpatient role emphasizes complete evaluation with on-site workups and subspecialty development over time.

Prior research experience is not required; relocation to Southern California is welcome. The team collaborates closely with PAs and medical assistants to maintain thorough care and efficient patient throughput.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Urology.
• Board certified by the American Board of Urology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one US state.
• California medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start.
• Eligible for medical staff privileges at Cedars-Sinai.
• DEA registration and California CURES enrollment, or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• No current or pending National Practitioner Data Bank reports.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care across the general urology spectrum.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients using on-site diagnostics to complete workups.
• Perform in-office procedures and surgical procedures as privileges allow.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; communicate results to patients.
• Collaborate with PAs and MAs as an integrated clinical team.
• Coordinate subspecialty referrals within the group.
• Support a collegial practice culture across all roles.
• Participate in weekend and Cedars-Sinai ED call.
