UVA Health is seeking a General Urologist to join and help grow a robust community-based urology program serving Culpeper and the surrounding region. The role emphasizes broad-scope urology with clinic, procedures, and surgery, while maintaining ties to UVA Health's academic resources.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Interest in community-based urology practice
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Desire to contribute to and grow a robust urology program

Responsibilities

• Outpatient urology clinic
• Inpatient and outpatient surgical care
• Diagnosis and management of common urologic conditions including BPH and voiding dysfunction, kidney stone disease, hematuria and urinary tract conditions, men's & women's health concerns
• Mix of clinic, hospital, and OR responsibilities
• Shared call coverage within the community urology team
